heavy duty T-base, six 1 inch diameter by 29 inch long anchor bolts with nuts (new, unused),
TRX-80HD raising fixture, M-20R 20 feet steel reinforced mast (1/4 inch thick wall bottom, 1/8 inch
thick wall upper), rotor plate

Tower is rated 14.1 square feet load per IBC 2006 (TIA/EIA-222F) @ 76 mph
