[SADXA] DX report on our own NQ7R

DJ0YI, Ben Pyfer, and NQ7R, Tom Kramer, part of the YJ0VK Dxpedition
plan to operate before and after the main operation as YJ0ABP and
YJ0ANR respectively.  They plan to arrive at Port Vila on September 27
and to become operational that day until September 30, when the main
group arrives from VK-land.  After October 12 when the main operation
closes the two will remain and operate until October 15.  They plan to
operate mostly CW and digital.  QSL for YJ0ABP is via DJ0YI and YJ0ANR
is via NQ7R.
