Here is an item I copied off the CADXA reflector and is an excellent
explanation of how easy it is to work this DXpedition. If you have not
worked any DX now is a good time to do it. These guys are easy now with
all the big guns gone.

Yesterday morning, I picked up T32C on 80M RTTY for band/mode number
26. For some reason they have me in zone 5, so I don't show up with the
rest of our guys.
I am writing this because there are two weeks left in the dx-pedition
and I have heard them begging for contacts on many band/modes. I want
to encourage all you antenna handicapped Dxers like me to try out T32C
during the next few weeks. I worked all of my contacts with 100 watts
and antennas near the ground, some as low as 10 feet. Based on my
experience over the last two weeks, a random wire 10-20 feet up with an
internal or external tuner and 100 watts will get you many band modes.
Here is a potential strategy. Work your first contact on the mode you
know best on the band where they are the strongest. It is important for
them to get your call right on the first contact so you come up in their
log on subsequent contacts. There is a lot of propagation data on their
website giving you optimum times/bands for zone 3 They update their
online log at least once a day so you can track your progress [
http://www.t32c.com/T32C_Log_Search ]. If you are not CW or RTTY
proficient, or are not computer-interfaced for these modes, try to use
your internal transceiver function keys. Most modern transceivers have
three or four function keys for CW and RTTY and some can even display
RTTY text on the transceiver. I am not CW proficient and still was able
to get the CW sweep. Also they are sending slower now. You only really
need two functions keys - #1 "Your Callsign"; #2 "TU 5NN" . The big guns
have worked them and the pileups are small. Work one or two band modes
per day and track you progress. You'll rack up contacts in no time.
Most of the time they work split but sometimes will go simplex if
activity is light. Watch the spots and listen. This is a good way to
test antennas for the upcoming DX contests -- that's what I did.
Congrats to the other CADXA members with 26 band modes. Great job.
