[SADXA] ClubLog Anomalies

I decided to update my ClubLog standings and uploaded my complete Log (and
deleted the old Log). To my surprise, some of my totals by band went DOWN ??

I tested one data point ... Tunisia on 80. I have credit for confirming it
at DXCC, but ClubLog claims it's an invalid operation ?? Since it was in
1980 I don't see how they came by that conclusion. Digging further into
ClubLog, it seems that I picked one country where ALL operations not
specifically proven to them were valid are deemed invalid.

This can pose problems with older Q's, so Caveat Emptor.

In any case, I'll rely on DXCC getting it right.
