[SADXA] T31A 21080 RTTTY

I actually called them for a while on 15 RTTY this afternoon for a while but 
they were working mostly JAs. They also were very slow.

I dont have a 15m antenna so use the 40M beam. It works somewhat.

Keith, you need a bigger amp so you don't have to be on so long :-)
