[SADXA] WWV info changes coming

   I am hearing an announcement at H:18 (the minute preceding the Solar info broadcast on WWV) indicating they are doing away with this part of their services.

   At H:16 there is another announcement about a survey that interested users can take.

   Anyone still appreciating the WWV space weather and solar indicies bulletins should take the survey, or at least contact NIST to make their support known.

   The URL for filing comments about the Space Weather discontinuance is given during the H:18 announcement. Have a pen ready...
