Very nice John, we will see if anyone uses it instead of email for DX spotting. Chuck N7UQ

At the request of N7UQ - Chuck, I have installed a chat room on the
website for a test. There is a link just below the Christmas Party link.

Click on it and you may have to install Java script for your browser,
otherwise, it should go to the Bravenet Chatroom for SADXA log-in
window. Just follow the Java install instructions. There will be popups
because it's a free chat room.

Close the popups, if any, and log in with a use-name such as W1KSZ Dick
(preferably, if you really are Richard--you know what I mean) or
whatever you prefer.

Type in the area at the bottom of the window and hit enter and there you
are. You can downsize the regular browser window...if you close your
browser, the chat window will close too.

That advantage of a chat room is the DX info is real time and, of
course, it will be much quicker than e-mail.

There are features I have to investigate, such as restricting the list
or blocking alpha hotels. If it works out, we can stop the popups, but
it costs MONEY! I think it's 39 bucks a year.

John
