[SADXA] 40m LP

Once I get the feedlines from the 160 receive antennas buried and a  new 160 
loop I will be 100%  ready for action. I still have a little time on 160 as 
it is pretty noisy yet. That will get better soon however.

40 to the East has been pretty noisy also.
