Too bad they didn't add an RTTY op to the plan.

I worked him at 0056Z after calling for a half-hour.  He went from listening 3-5 up to 3-8 up.  Couldn't hear the JAs he was working so didn't have a clue about where he was listening.  Finally got him up 6.
