"EA5RM says "tomorrow morning we will be on 20 CW on West Coast window using
the 3 elements of the SpiderBeam and 1 KW".  I believe he is referring to
his Monday morning to this will be Monday GMT around 0300-0500Z.  That is
tonight west coast time.

 

There have also been some reports of North American West Coast stations
hearing them on 20 meters in the 1600-1900 GMT time frame."
