Propagation Modeling claims that it is never a less than difficult path.

But your best bets are:

1. 14 MHz from 2300Z to 0400Z.  Assuming 1.5 kW, and 3 dBi gain in the right direction (between 6 and 12 degrees elevation and 29 degrees azimuth), They should see you at S3 to S5 with 10 to 20 dB SNR

2.  18 MHz from 1700Z to 2100Z With the same assumptions as above, they should see you at S1 to S3 but again at 10 to 20 dB SNR
