[SADXA] DXCC card checker

I saw that, but I didn't know whether he would take cards via the mail.  Some checkers won't.

        I would highly recommend that you send your cards to
        Reinhard - W7/DL1UF.  He is local, a member of CADXA
        and will give you a very fast turn.  Pass along your phone
        number to Reinhard just in case he has questions.
        Only as a last resort would I send cards to ARRL.
