[SADXA] DXCC card checker

Okay.  I don't care whether it's our club or not, although that would be preferred.

I just noted that N6KZ in Prescott is one.  I just got back from there after a five day visit, but for the life of me never thought to check before leaving.

I now have have enough cards to complete my RTTY DXCC and to qualify for DXCC Challenge.  Guess I'll bundle them up and mail them to ARRL.

I discussed this with an ARRL DXCC official while I was in Dayton.  It turns
out that we may not yet qualify to have a SADXA-sponsored card checker.
There are certain requirements including a minimum number of DXCC holders in
the club.  I'm going to try to gather the information he's requested and
will do my best to convince them to allow us to have a card checker - I know
that Tom K7DF supports us having one, but the challenge is apparently
meeting the ARRL's rules.
So at this point, we don't actually have a SADXA card checker yet, but the
plan is for Ron Cade W6ZQ to fill the position.
Meanwhile, it will help us all if those of you who have not submitted your
cards (or LoTW credits) and officially earned your DXCC award would do so
asap!

Keith KR7RK
