Yesterday I had XE3DX email me looking for skeds on 20 and 40 meters.  (I had worked him on RTTY and he knew I used LoTW) He also has a commemorative call, 4B3DX, and was looking for QSOs on 20 SSB and CW with that call and XE3DX on 40 for his LoTW WAS.

So yesterday evening I emailed with a proposal that we try 0200Z today on both bands.  By chance I heard him on 20 CW this morning at 1700Z and worked him there and then QSY to SSB and completed.  We tried 40 but no propagation.

So we kept the 40M CW sked this evening and completed.  I then heard a station calling me who turned out to be W3TIM.  I managed to work him although he was about 339.  He told me he was running 350 milliwatts!
