I was noodling around on the USPS web site this afternoon and found that
they sell IRCs via the Internet and even deliver them to your home.  While I
enjoy a trip down to the main post to stand in line for half an hour only to
find the last IRC was sold yesterday, as much as the next guy, I thought
this info might be of value to some.
