[SADXA] Slim?

  A 'Slim' chance is partially correct, as is the 8X8 story (Surtsey erupted 
in late 1963 through 1967). But I believe the widest usage in this manner 
was popularized by Hugh "Cass' Cassidy, WA6AUD, who penned this nickname in 
his famous West Coast DX Bulletins. I cannot say who was first to coin the 
term for this.

  Perhaps someone else knows of another example.
