For all you tall tower folks out there if you have not been watching the weather for Tucson, there is a big wind warning out that we could get wind gusts to 65 MPH sometime Wednesday night or Thursday.  If you have full faith in your antenna then enjoy, if not best crank it down a bit or tie it down a bit.

Tonight they are forecasting possible lightning strikes. That can really make mess of your ham equipment, and everything else in the house if you  take a hit.

I have had the experience.
