My mistake.
I called him on 12 RTTY. Heard him answer Dick, but couldn't find his listen
freq before he went to SSB. I think I got him there first. Even though his
frequencies were different from what their website said.
I think it's time for a LP beam.

Also just worked him on 15m phone 21.275 up 5
17 slots so far...hope I can snag him on 10m.
FO isn't exactly rare but it's still fun to have an active DXpedition like
this. They are scheduled until 25 Feb so there is still plenty of time for
everyone to go work them!
