[SADXA] IRC's or Greenstamps

I went to the post office and the bank today to get postage, IRC's and dollar bills to try to get confirmations on the 40 or so countries that I've worked but have not head from. I've bought out the entire stock of IRC's from the post office.

I'm planning on sending out a bunch of mail. Which works better. Looking for  words of wisdom about greenstamps Vs IRC's.

I am getting hungry for DXCC. Hope to add a bunch of countries this weekend !
