[SADXA] CADXA BBQ May 6th

     A remider for our Annual BBQ, on May 6th.  This year's featured speaker 
is Chip Margelli, K7JA.

     For over forty-five years, Chip has been active in international 
radiosport competition and DXing. Among his accomplishments are thirteen 
First-Place finishes nationally in the ARRL November Sweepstakes, and a 
number of world-high or national wins in the CQ World-Wide DX Contest, ARRL 
DX Contest, and CQ WPX Contest.  Chip currently is V.P. of sales for Heil 
Sound, and achieved national notoriety with his famous appearance on the 
"Tonight Show"  in the classic 'texting vs CW shootout'.

    CADXA invites all Members to make the trek to the P.E.R.A. Club 
(directions on  WWW.CADXA.ORG) and enjoy a social event with us and our 
families.  Wives and lady friends are especially welcome.  The price is $5 a 
head.

     So make plans now, and let us know how many to expect so we can plan 
food resources accordingly.
