[SADXA] K4M on 10 meters

Here is a strategy to get DX that sometimes works:

K4M was strong on 15m SSB but they were not operating on CW.

So I parked on their published CW freq, 21.024, and listened to the noise
while gathering my hamfest stuff for tomorrow.

Sure enough, they showed up. and I got them on the 2nd call.

A lot easier than breaking the pileup!
