[SADXA] Niue

There's a single-operator DXpedition to the Island of Niue coming up soon.

ZK2V is a planned 5 week operation starting May 16th.

I didn't think they were all that rare, I worked Niue as recently as October
2008 on 15m, but they are listed as #62 most wanted on the DX Magazine most
wanted list.  Maybe we have an advantage here in the West?
