[SADXA] 40 M broadcast

Broadcasters were supposed to move out of the 7100 to 7200 section of 40 this weekend. I counted four that decided to ignore the international agreement so far. Three of them with big signals out of the SE Asia.

But, that is a big improvement and 40 can become a great DX band for SSB now with most of that QRM gone. The JAs are now permitted to operate up there and have some pretty good signals this morning.
