By the time I got up this morning they were not audible on 30 m. I called
them for like 45 minutes, after I got out here on 40m CW and all they worked
was 5,0, and everything east. After being the first w6/7 in that time I
listened for a while longer. After about a half hour they were well over
S-9, where they were a S-4 or so when I was calling. Obviously the prop. was
not here yet.
Tomorrow I will work a little harder on 80 and 30m and I will watch the Gray
Line a little closer. Also would like to catch them on 160. There were no
postings this morning for 160.
Was just outside fine tuning the 80m dipole. Got it flat at 3510 so I am
ready now. I had moved it and it was reflecting some power. Every watt
counts you know.
