[SADXA] Contest

I noticed some of the guys reporting scores from Phoenix worked some 10 and 15 with relatively good count. Couldn't have been all locals, so that was good.
In the midst of all the dits and dahs, I kept and eye on postings for K5D and got them on SSB on 160, 75, and 40.
I heard your first exchange with K5D on 160 SSB and could feel the frustration trying to get them to get the call right. I'm glad you recovered later.
Anyway it was fun and now we can look forward to ARRL SSB in a couple of weeks. I will be less enthusiastic about that one.
Good going Keith.

That's pretty good Jerry, at my current rate it will be about 2029 before I get 43 countries on 160m!
Worked it casually especially late last night and the last couple of hours this afternoon. 40 meters opened up to EU nice around midnight.
Mine was all search and pounce (sometimes assisted by the cluster), all 6 bands including only 2 contacts on 160m and 6 contacts on 10m.
Total contacts 142,
Countries 57,
Total score 42,600
I had hoped to go help the RST club with their effort but didn't make it, hopefully they had a good time.

Anyone working the contest post your results here for all to see.
I spent about 9 hours doing a Search and Pounce effort on 160 this weekend.
Made 71Q's
213 QSO Pts
worked 43 Countries
for a total score of 9159
Not exactly a world record.
