[SADXA] Tucson electrician recommendation?

Speaking of Tucson area craftsman:  Can anyone recommend an electrician competent and familiar with electrical noise attenuation?  The house we bought in Tucson is a bit of a fixer and that includes portions of the house wiring that need some TLC or outright replacement. Speaking from experience, many electricians can do the "talk" part pretty well, but can't "walk" worth a darn when it comes to QRM issues.  Any suggestions, on or off list, wold be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
