I think Dick is right on that. You might have to talk fast to the neighbors
however.
That is a special use permit or a variance permit, or something like that.
The hardest thing to accept with the zone and permit folks is how incredibly
biased and ignorant on the subject of towers, antennas, and actually what
the rules are and then stating them that way instead of the way they would
like it.
