These Luso people are crazy to think there's a significant U.S. market for these things.? Got to give them credit for audacity, though.
Yeah, I'd like to have one.?

Subject: [SADXA] My Tower
I have finally found a tower I think will do just fine. Adjustable for the right
angle of take off, so that is not an issue.
Its a Luso, free standing crank up.
Full height 168'
Nested 44'
140 SQ ft at 50 MPH
18" at the top and it will take a 8.6" mast
82" across the bottom.
6 sections,
50 Seconds up or down with slowing at the ends so as not to bend all the
elements when it stops.
I wonder what the HOAs would think of that. Even the county of Pima would have a
cow.
That is what I call a real tower.
It only takes a little $$$$ but I dont know how much.
They have others less impressive tower, like, 145' and 118', hardly worth
considering.
Check it out at: http://www.luso.us/index2.html
Why stop at 70 or 80 feet when you can go to 168.
73's
