[RVRC] Member Health and Welfare : W2UDT Memorial donations

Bill will be missed, he was a great guy who really loved amateur radio and
our RVRC club. I definitely support the donation in his name from the club.
We can have a motion and vote at the next meeting. Great idea Jim.
