Hello,

First a refresh about the W2QW - Raritan Valley Radio Club.

1. The objective of the Club is to encourage amateur radio activities and promote good
fellowship among its members.
2. The Club is to stimulate and utilize the talents and interests of other members.
3. The Club is to encourage work and topics to help promote interests of all members.
4. The Club is not to be used as a means to promote private sales or advertising.
5. Members private addresses and telephone numbers shall not be made available to
outside interests.
6. The Club shall not be used to promote political interests and such subjects shall not
be introduced or discussed at any official Club meeting

Hello new members and those who have been members for many years,
Each year, we reaffirm our dedication to the club by renewing our membership.
This year, we are pleased to offer an online form that allows members to renew their membership and make payment by credit card or check.
Please take the link below to renew your membership. Note that this should be completed by January 31, 2025.
By using this method, we maintain an updated database of information that, as stated in purpose #5 above, will not be shared with external interests.
There is a featured radio button on the form that disables the payment process.
This is for Lifetime non-dues-paying members to update their information with us annually.
After submitting the form and completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
Additionally, the Membership Chair and Treasurer will be alerted to your submission.

Thank you for utilizing this new online method which will make membership record keeping much simpler for the club going forward.

As the incoming President for 2025, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the board members serving this year and to those who have dedicated their efforts to this organization for many years.
W2QW transcends mere radio equipment; it embodies the essence of people.
The members who constitute this organization are truly remarkable.
Our annual HamFest provides us with an invaluable opportunity to engage with ham operators from the surrounding communities and neighboring states.
Their consistent praise for the exceptional friendliness of “W2QW" reinforces my belief in its exceptional members.

Finally and most important, I extend my warmest wishes to everyone for a safe and joyous holiday season.
