I am pleased to confirm that ARRL Hudson Division Director Ria Jairam, N2RJ, has approved the Raritan Valley Radio Club to host an ARRL sanctioned event at your hamfest in Piscataway, New Jersey, on June 17, 2023.            
I am making arrangements to list your hamfest on the ARRL Hamfests and Conventions Calendar on the ARRL Web page (http://www.arrl.org/hamfests-and-conventions-calendar).  I will also include this in June QST’s Convention and Hamfest Calendar.

 

You are welcome to display the ARRL diamond when promoting the event on web sites, in e-mails, advertisements and all other program materials.  The ARRL logo can be obtained by downloading it from www.arrl.org/logos-photos.
