[RVRC] URGENT! HAMFEST ISSUES

MEMBERS,
I have been contacted by our HUDSON DIVISION ARRL DIRECTOR that there exists a conflict with the date applied for our 2022 hamfest.
It seems that the OMARC club had preceded us in applying for JUNE 18 and was therefore given that date sanctioned by ARRL.
They had applied for that date in JANUARY long before we had applied.
Therefore, in order to maintain untarnished relationships with both ARRL and OMARC, we MUST change the date of our hamfest.
JULY 9th is open and falls after the 4th of July week-end and before SUSSEX HAMFEST on July 17th.
We will change the date for reservation at the Piscataway Board of Education and we will change the date listing on the ARRL web site as wellas secure a new ARRL approval from our HUDSON DIVISION DIRECTOR.
I have invited Ria, N2RJ, Hudson Div. ARRL director to our ZOOM meeting for this Wednesday so we can confirm this change and have Ria helpwith spreading the word of this change.  
Several potential vendors had already called and were given June 18th so we will have to do our best to distribute the information. 
Rich, W2PQ, will see to changing the date at PBOE (and hope we have no conflicts there).
