I thought the technical committee didn't have to ask if it was under a certain amount!
Either way, it's a small amount and will actually save money.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I want to discuss with the club a 24.00 expenditure. the voice
announcement for weather, as well as announcements and other things are no
longer working with the updated all star. We spent a good amount of money
on the software years ago. I reached out to the company and received an
upgrade offer of 24.00. i think we should go ahead with this as we already
spent over 100.00 on the voices, and the new price is over 200. if we
don't do this.
