[RVRC] HELP needed! World Record Attempt!

Hi, all! I'm the net control/guest host on an informal roundtable called
the SCAT Net (Senior Citizens and Travelers Net) here in Albuquerque that
meets every morning M-Sat from 6-8:30 AM or so Mountain time. (1300-1530z)
I've been the Tuesday AM guy for the past year. I'm in a competition with
another guest host, Pat KE5FVS who has set a record of 67 checkins. I would
love to break her record! LOLOL
So, you're wondering: "How can I help?" Well, we have an Echolink node
that's on 24/7: *KD5GBY-L *here in ABQ. Roy keeps it going all the time
for anyone who wants to connect to our repeater system, even if they are
many miles away! In fact, one of our regulars (Jeff W5ABQ) lives in South
Korea where he works as a teacher.
Tomorrow AM, from *~6 AM to 7:00 AM Mountain time **(8-9 AM EST)*, my
friend Bob N5JH will be collecting callsigns from "early birds" for the
first hour, and I'll come online at *7:00 AM MST (9:00 AM EST)* and run it
until about *8:30 AM MST (10:30 EST)*.
*Please help, if you can! *
P.S. Echolink.ORG is the software download website - it's a free program,
available for computers including smart phones. Once you download it and
install it, you have to register your callsign to prove you are a licensed
radio amateur. It might be a good idea to get that done today so that you
can use the program tomorrow!
Stay safe & effective. Be well! 73,
GJ
