[RVRC] Accessing All Star

I downloaded an app called DV Switch Mobile for Android. What I thought it would do is give me a way to dial up a repeater that has an All Star node using a smartphone. Apparently I completely misunderstood what it does. It seems it functions more like an Openspot3, using a Rasberry Pi perhaps, to convert from one digital mode to another. 

Is there an app (yet) that works like Echolink except with All Star nodes?
