[RVRC] Use of W2QW rptr for net tonight

Members,

 

If there are no objections, I will need to use the W2QW 2 meter repeater for
another net THIS EVENING.  It seems that the K2GE repeaters are OFF THE AIR.
These are normally used for SKYWARN activation in case of significant
weather.

 

We have that condition approaching now and since the K2GE repeaters are DOA,
the SKYWARN net will need to convene on the K2MID repeater which is the
Middlesex County OEM/RACES repeater. (Thus I can not use the K2MID repeater
for the 'CHAT GROUP NET'.)

 

So, if no one objects to my use of the W2QW 2 meter repeater for this
evening's "Middlesex County Chat Group Net", I will call up the net at the
usual 8:00 p.m.. RVRC MEMBERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO JOIN IN! This is a
"health & welfare" net intended to keep in-touch with each other's wellbeing
and a chance to talk about activities.
