Hey!

No treasurer's report, as no bills have been submitted.

I haven't heard anything about the website being down. In the past I
recall the Domain registration would periodically expire- if Drew is
unreachable to resolve this I have the past invoices- I may be able to
call them and resolve that. Or maybe ya'll fixed the website, good job!!

Hamfest: I believe the state said no summer schools? So we're just
waiting on confirmation from the school as to our not being school
related that they'll rent us the lot upon reopening of the state? They
may be able to say 'NO' ahead of time, but we'll be ready either way.

Porta-Johns- I believe I set them up last year? And gave them Marvin's
cell to meet them the day before and drop in the right spot? I presume
with the drink Beer Virus we'll wait to set that up until we have
confirmation that we're having a hamfest? I do not believe they need
much warning to get them out there, but I do not know how it will affect
pricing (scheduling now may be cheaper but a headache if the
cancellation doesn't go through in time...)

Generator and backup are ready to go along with a slew of extension
cords, all visually inspected. I presume we're going to use the same lot
layout as previous years? Should work as well as always!

2 speakers did not work last year. Upon independantly testing each one
it is confirmed- we have 2 bad speakers!! I have 2 Yamaha outdoor
speakers for a carshow I assist that we can borrow each year, so we will
have 4 good speakers. This winter a mouse ate half of the foam piece
that covered the microphone's mouthpiece, may not be necessary- Bill
will let us know if we should get another one. I think it's purpose was
to reduce wind noise? It has been pointed out at multiple Hamfests that
the original speaker wiring job was never done to correctly maintain 8
ohms has also been resolved.

I have new speaker towers!! No more 6 people to set up those crazy
tri-pods- I have 10' tall spring loaded road construction sign mounts
with 6' legs that fold down- should be much safer than in the past.

I have 1 of ~3'x~7' folding table and a half dozen chairs, 7 traffic
cones, 4 traffic barrels and 4 'Brute' garbage cans (I'm hoping Mike has
bags left over from last year?)

I hope this email finds the membership well, have a good meeting tonight!!
