[RVRC] March meeting

Returning from out of state trip today and will also not be attending the March meeting tonight.
The Hamfest report: All application forms along with the RVRC insurance documents have been delivered to Piscataway BOE. A brief meeting with the administrator at the BOE produced some positive results and the "site approval"  for our event date was received the following day. From this point forward, we should be querying our regular vendors (KJI, Sauder Electronics, etc.) to confirm their attendance at the Hamfest.  Marv please start a communication with the food vendor and possibly request the same "operator" and grill truck that we had for the 2019 event. Direct any further questions or concerns to me via email.

The treasurer will not be attending tomorrow evening's meeting as the 
government only gave him 1 day, that being the day, to pick up a piece 
of equipment in KY.

It does have an antenna mount on it that I want......

Anyway. There are still many more dues due. Any bills, etc that need to 
be paid send them over!!
