[RVRC] Really must move on this 2 meter rptr location

Members,

 

I hate to be a pest but on this one I will be.  If we don't move on
this...it'll be lost for heaven knows how much longer. Each day that goes
buy puts us at risk of losing the frequency pair for the repeater.

 

I am most interested in NAY comments and reasons. Absent any NAY comments it
will be assumed that the project is acceptable to the membership.
