[RVRC] tonights meeting

Due to a head cold I will be unable to attend tonights meeting. Nothing 
to report financially, any bills forward to me and I'll reimberse.

In other news- attempted to reserve classroom space for next year and 
got this responce:

  Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate RVRC in 2020, we will be having our HVAC system upgraded starting the beginning of the year and expect the project to run through the whole year. Any classrooms we may have open will need to be reserved for ESTA courses and the Police Academy.  Sorry for any inconvenience this my cause. 

So I guess we're out of a meeting location starting February.....
