[RVRC] Repeater !!!!

Paul, just for clarity in the Spring we discussed placing an antenna on JFK Hospital. Then we were told that route was delayed until two additional stories were built. As a partial work around you announced an Antenna would be placed in the 2 story dispatch building in Tallmadge Rd. In Edison. 

For the hamfest it looked promising that there were open discussion on using the tower at the Washington Rock Fire Station. That site at 500’ had the greatest promise and the Fire Chief was favourable to the idea. How did that site do an 180° on us?

Is anyone doing the coordination work-up for any of those potential sites? The issue has come up because there aren’t regular status reports to keep the membership up to date on developments. It would be a shame to lose our pair of frequencies. 

Others in the club have offered to help in the negotiations in the past.

The 440 repeater has been up. As for 2m we need a site. I am working on the
details with the hospital, However it is slow moveing. This is due to
antennas need to be moved to make space for us. But this site is still
marginal at best. All of us working on this have  Exhausted all ideas we
have come up with. And are always open to ideas on locations
