[RVRC] Repeater !!!!

At last month’s meeting, there was some question regarding whether the
possibility of installing the machine at the Green Brook Fire-EMS building
at the end of Rock Rd W was fully explored. There is also a concern that we
may lose the coordinated frequency pair if we don’t get it back up soon.

In my opinion, putting up a basic analog repeater (no AllStar, no EchoLink,
etc.) will save complexity and internet requirements. It seemed like we had
lots of trouble once we switched over to the digital systems.
