[RVRC] HELP URGENTLY NEEDED: (FOR SALE) ESTATE OF DAVE WJ2S EQUIPMENT

Hi, All,

I just met with Jude N2YZD, the XYL of former DSRC member, Dave Oakley,
this morning, to get the equipment her late husband acquired during his ham
radio life.  I need your help, though!

There is quite a bit of stuff -- I'm looking for someone to take this stuff
from me and be the "broker" for it.  I'm leaving for ABQ again on Wednesday
11/1 so it would be great if someone would be willing to meet me
(preferably) today or tomorrow to take possession of it, help inventory it,
price it, and get good homes for it!

Among the things in the collection are: a variety of Ten Tec equipment (for
example, an Omni V with PS and matching antenna tuner), a Ten Tec Century
22, an Ameritron AL-80 KW amp, some VHF& UHF radios, a bag of assorted
handhelds (including a classic Realistic HT!), some manuals, etc.

Please give me a phone call if you are willing to help Jude and me dispose
of this equipment. She told me "I don't really expect to get anything for
this stuff" which I would interpret as meaning a donation to the club whose
member(s) help out with this project.
