[RVRC] W2QW 2m Repeater

The W2QW 2 meter machine was stuck in net mode resulting in no courtesy tones or messages.  The computer has been reset to enable normal mode including messages and tones.

Here is what happened.

The 440 machine developed some problems so Paul swapped it out and put his 440 machine - KD2HUY - up in the shack temporarily. He forgot to change the call sign.  It will get fixed as soon as possible.
