[RVRC] 2 Meter repeater

Hi All
There seems to be an issue with the computer that is causing the contol software to crash randomly.  
The repeater reverts to the internal controller when this happens.  
The hint is that the ID is transmitted in CW.  
When this happens the PL is also reverted to the old 141.3 PL.  


The computer software generates and decodes the 103.5 PL when it is working.  
So if you cant get in on 103.5 - try 141.3 - especially if you hear a CW ID.


I tried resetting the computer several times this afternoon and this evening but with no success.  
Please be patient until others from the team can get a chance to work on it.
