[RVRC] Noise on repeater

Again on tonight's net We experienced noise on all but the strongest signals. This occurs after a couple of initial transmissions. I believe it to be desense. It has been occurring ever since the equipment was moved to the shed. This needs to be addressed before the hamfest. If the  duplexer cans cannot be tuned this week, the transmit power should be reduced to minimize or eliminate the desense.
