Congress has passed and President Obama has signed the FAA funding bill for funding through mid 2017.

In it there is a section (2110) that calls for new marking regulations which will add 50 to 200 foot towers. In most cases towers adjacent to houses/buildings are exempt. But towers on open lands and near farming will be affected.
