[RVRC] New 'distracted driving' bill might hurt amateur mobile operating

This is a new bill, proposed in the NJ Assembly that would literally kill amateur radio mobile operating.  We would be fined for picking up a hand mic and talking on a repeater if caught and the broad language is dangerously written to allow law enforcement much too much freedom of interpretation!
