Hello  to Group,

Please find attached the scenario of the 2016 SET.  As you may know the SET
will take place next Saturday, October 3rd.
I will take check ins on the County RACES repeater at *08:55*, (440.800 up
5, PL 141.3)
I will then relay traffic to the NNJ ARES net on the WS2Q repeater, at
0900, 1000 and 1100 hrs.  You are welcome to monitor that machine.

You may create your own traffic, on your own local repeaters, either formal
or informal.  You may send that traffic, either formally or informally to
me.

Since this a weather scenario, and as since, we all have been through this
before, traffic relating to flooding, power outages, traffic, utilities,
sheltering and evacuations are appropriate.  All radio traffic should lead
with and close with "*THIS IS AN EXERCISE MESSAGE*"
You can participate as much or as little as you wish, I will be on the air
for the entire two hours.  You can just check in and be counted or generate
radio traffic.
