Hi Drew,

Just wanted to pass along that I'm in the process of making plans for 
rotator cuff repair surgery on my left shoulder. At this point, I'll be 
visiting my primary care Dr for an ok to proceed, then move forward with 
scheduling the procedure. I'm guessing it will likely occur sometime in 
the next 2 weeks.

It looks like recovery time will be 3-4 weeks before I can return to 
work or do very basic stuff with the arm. Long term, they tell me heavy 
lifting will be out for 3-4 months.

This likely will impact my ability to do any further work on the shed 
before the radios get moved. I do hope to be available, at least as a 
cheerleader, during the move.

Please pass on this info to Craig and club as needed- not sure whether 
I'll be able to attend the next meeting.

PS- on 2M activity (or lack thereof), my mag mount coax took a real 
beating this winter, and I haven't replaced it yet, so I've been quiet. 
This will be one of the first tasks to take on once the shoulder is 
working again!
